Limitations

  • A full server restart is always safest for critical plugins and plugins that keep deep live references.
  • force bypasses a safety block; it does not restart dependent plugins.
  • bStats metrics are on by default and can be switched off.

What happens if the new version fails to start?

The previous verified version is restored automatically when a backup exists.

Can it update plugins on my other servers?

Yes, on servers on the same machine that you list explicitly; each needs its own VeloRoad.
