Diagnostics #

/veloroad doctor checks the plugin folder. With a plugin name it also reports:

  • the live jar path and its SHA-256,
  • pending update candidates and duplicate plugin jars,
  • plugins that depend on the target,
  • the number of saved backups and any integrity failure,
  • Paper remap targets that are unsafe or cannot be resolved.

Safety controls #

  • Jars that need a newer Java or Minecraft API than the server has are blocked before anything changes.
  • Missing hard dependencies are detected. Optional HTTPS dependency sources support SHA-256 pinning, size limits and timeouts.
  • Reload, disable and unload are blocked while other plugins depend on the target, unless you add force.
  • A configurable list protects plugins that do not survive a reload, such as ProtocolLib, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, ViaVersion and FastAsyncWorldEdit.
  • The audit log is bounded and UTF-8. Optional Discord notifications do not trigger mentions.

force bypasses a safety block. It does not restart the plugins that depend on the target.

Automatic deployment #

Auto-deploy watches settled .jar.new and .jar.install files and applies the same preflight, backup and rollback rules. Versioned file names such as Plugin-2.4.1.jar are recognised on linked servers.
