CreatorRewards pays in-game currency to players who promote your server: a verified YouTube video that shows your server address, or a Discord custom status. Rewards go through Vault or EssentialsX, and every payment is written to a ledger first, so nothing is paid twice.
Requirements #
- Paper, Purpur or Folia, Minecraft 1.21 or newer. Spigot is not supported.
- Java 21 or newer (Java 25 on Minecraft 26.x).
- An economy through Vault or EssentialsX, and a YouTube Data API key for video rewards.
How a video is paid #
- The player runs
/creator link youtubeand puts the one-time code in a video description. This proves the channel is theirs. - The player runs
/creator submitwith the video link. - Videos are paid together on payout days, weekly by default. On payout day the video is checked again and paid by its views and the channel's subscribers.
- Renaming a video before payout day delays it; renaming it after payment alerts staff.
Installation #
Put the jar in plugins/, start the server, set server.addresses and youtube.api-key in plugins/CreatorRewards/config.yml, then run /creatorrewards reload. Discord is optional and uses a bot token. The plugin never downloads anything.
